Dr. Alyssa Zuzu
Chiropractor
My education began at Texas A&M University (whoop), where I studied Applied Exercise Kinesiology with a focus on the biomechanics of exercise science. I discovered a passion for Human Performance and entered Chiropractic School, knowing it would open a path for me to explore how the body naturally wants to heal itself; we just have to learn where it is guiding us. Now, as a movement-focused practitioner, my passion is in preventing injuries before they occur.
The body is a complex, moving puzzle; many parts work together, and sometimes not in sync, which can cause problems in our foundation. I use advanced Kinetisense screenings to evaluate movement patterns and identify potential risks quickly—helping clients stay ahead of injury and perform their best daily.
For injury treatment, I utilize Fascial Distortion, a technique that offers fast, effective, and lasting pain relief by addressing the root of dysfunction within the fascial system (the forgotten organ system). I assess pain from a broad perspective. Often, pain results from resistance, weakness, and tension elsewhere in the body.
I believe everyone is an “Athlete” —everyone has a role to play. Whether you’re a young athlete, a Tactical athlete, or a Mom-lete, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free.
